Parking Assist Option Birds-Eye View?

A friend has a Tundra that displays a “bird’s eye view” of the proximity of the truck with relation to the parking space. Does the Parking Assist on the Tacoma provide this view, or is it another option? Thanks for the help.

The panoramic view is only available with the premium trim of the TRD Off-road (also called multi-terrain monitor on this trim), premium trim of the TRD Sport, or on the Limited. Or on the TRD Pro/Trailhunter when they come out

I have an off-road with the premium package and if I set the cameras to auto, when I get below 10 mph I'll get a view directly in front of the vehicle that takes up about 3/4 of the 14" screen on the left and a birds-eye view on the right 1/4. It provides a very nice way to ensure you are centered in the parking spot.

I believe that the PA w/AB will automatically brake the Taco when it detects an obstacle while going at slow speeds. Might also have an audible alarm, but for some reason Googling it doesn't really give much more info than this.

Yes, can confirm that the parking assist break will stop the car when you get too close to something. Gotta turn it off when my hitch mounted bike rack is in place. Learned that the hard way. lol. I have the TRD Pro with premium package. Not sure what comes with other models.
