Yeah, what TxGlenn said. I have the RC low profile top but it has the same drains. I drilled out the holes a bit and squeezed pipe into it. Itās a composite bed so drilling is quite easy.
The spare wheel/rim is nothing special. You can mount another tire on it. The tire on it is a 245/75 R17.
With that said, I pulled it and bought the same rim in 18ā and mounted the same tire I put on the truck (bought 5).
I have never been there. I have had friends visit the park. I think one of my wifeās friends went down last week in her 4Runner. Might be something to do.
I used the seat brackets on the ends to screw down an āLā bracket to the rear deck. Keeps the deck in place. I donāt plan on removing so I bent the bracket over to secure it even more. I can take a pic but it is cold and Iām nice and warm. lol.
I did 275/70-18 as well. Drives perfect, no issues at all. I ordered AT tires but received MT tires. No issues but more road noise. Turn radio on and noise magically stops. š
I do like the looks of the Goose Gear, but my wallet would not budge. I built my own rear deck and it turned out just fine. I left the plastic tub as I wanted to use the storage bins already there.
I installed one and am pleased with it. The main reason is because of simplicity and I used the bh10 wire to connect another amp and sub. I have dash and door speakers to install, but itās too freaking cold right now.
But I do not have the jbl system. So I cannot comment on differences with it...
