It really is not a good buying process. I ended up just buying a slightly used six foot bed 2023 Tacoma with less than 2,000 miles, came with TRD Pro lift kit, TRD rims, rock sliders and new 33 inch Falken AT4 Wild Peaks for $46k. Plus I got my favorite Lunar Rock color isn’t available yet

Looks we have the same Toyota dealer in Bozeman! I did test drive a 2024 but debating saving a little more money to order a 2025 premium OR with leather seats and multi terrain monitor with a 6 foot bed or get a used 2023 OR with a 6 foot bed. It definitely drove well, suspension seemed a little...
Yeah I'm debating just settling for the reg OR with a 6 foot bed but hate how they make you go full upgrade premium for the 14inch monitor with multi terrain cameras for off roading. Going to test drive a 23 3rd GEN OR and 24 OR reg on Tuesday, both with 6 foot beds. The other option would be to...
It doesn't seem like the TRD OR trim with the iForce Max Hybrid engine will have a 6 foot bed option? Is this just a ploy to get people to either buy the regular iForce TRD ORs or pay for the overpriced trailhunter? Do you think this option will come eventually and take my chances on that...
Yeah that sucks, is that never going to be an option on the OR trim? Wanted the more horsepower and torque. May just buy a used 2023 OR to get the long bed? Toyota is not kind to tall people.
Good point on putting a deposit down. I keep going back and forth on waiting one more year to save more for the down payment but also want something with better capabilities for the summer camping season.
Yeesh $3-4k more on top of the increased cost so probably $50k total. Same I’ll just add to it over time instead of financing and paying interest on those features.
Any info on whether TRD off road trim will have an option for the more horsepower and torque iForce max hybrid power train?
Or is Toyota holding off on that to get more people to by the Pro and Trailhunter versions?
Have $24k down and wonder if it’s worth waiting for a TRD off road with that...
