I did as much prevention as I could… Sign in my window, note on the work order, and I told the service writer when I got in. They did not wash it… The service writer made a point of telling me that. I like this place so far.
Lug nuts and rims look good too after rotation. 🤞🏼
Taking my baby in for her first service. There is a Toyota dealership 5 minutes from house but their reputation is not good. So, driving 30 minutes. Still don’t trust their car wash.
I’m getting a AC belt squeak with first start of the day. The SC humidity has kicked in so the morning squeak has been consistent from day to day. Will still have dealer check it out at first oil change.
I am looking at the OEM bed extender. Does anyone have mounting bracket installation instructions? Also, the straps that attach to the tailgate latches...do they work with a power tailgate?
I cannot find it. But I remember...where the tailgate cable connects to the bed, there was some space for the cable to rattle. They put in some rubber of something to remove the space and the rattle was gone.
Am I the only one that likes the look of the air dam? I have blue crush metallic and I really like the extra black color contrast it provides.
Don't judge me. 😂
Probably the check the back seat alert. If u open a back door before a drive, you’ll get a reminder to check it after the drive. If u don’t reopen the back door after the drive, it beeps thinking you left your baby or some stinky food in the back seat.
Understood and agreed. I saw another post maybe on the Tacoma world forum where someone had an AC noise and the proposed remedy included dash removal. The OP was not keen on dash removal either.
Forgive my lack of mechanical experience…why can’t a dash be reassembled without issue? Too many attachment point? Too much electronics? All/none of the above?
