Mine was released yesterday and will be delivered this week. Pretty sure this means that it was held at the local depot as the dealership is arranging final mile delivery. I think my build date was 2/17 but I can't confirm.

I'm a bit of an outlier as I am buying a Limited. MSRP is about the same as a Canyon Denali. While the Canyon offers more hp/torque, the Limited offers more features. Quality and resale are additional bonuses.
In MD, tint is a primary offense meaning it can be the sole reason for a stop. I know plenty of LEOs who might use tint if they are suspicious about something else and need probable cause. Otherwise, they don't bother. I've been running tint for decades without issue. YMMV.
On the ceramic coating, you are much better off finding a reputable detailer. To be done correctly, the truck must be properly washed, decontaminated, and polished at a minimum (more than likely a minor paint correction.) All that before any coating is applied.
