It appears you are correct. I seem to recall them talking about it being optional at $3K but it seems to be standard now.

The ISO seats are optional on the Pro. It's going to be a very expensive truck fully loaded.

Another interesting thing to note is the SR and SR5 are available in a manual now so they are comparing an automatics cost to a manual cost. That probably explains why their increases are so low.
