Some of the newest cars from Audi and Porsche don’t need them because they are integrated in to the “Matrix” headlights. These have multiple LEDs that can be selectively turned off or on depending on the conditions.
Saw this on a feed for SEMA builds. That Tacoma build is for an upcoming Bear Grylls show built out by RealTruck. The deflector isn’t listed in their accessories list, but maybe you can ask them.

I was just guessing on the port based on the proximity of Toyota’s factory. But yer are 100% correct - it makes sense more sense to truck them to the west coast port! The Port of Portland gets a lot of container ship carrying vehicles, I’ve seen Toyota when are out fishing.
My sales guy texts me once a week with an update on my truck... Last update was it was at the port, waiting to be loaded on the ship. Mine has to trace through the Panama to get to the West Coast.
Can I ask what config you got on your OR?
My Taco is on order and should arrive towards the end of next month. From all the articles I’ve read I’m surprised a lot of stuff is missing from a nearly $60k truck that has $9000 in options!
-Full LED headlights with sequential turn signals
-Memory seats/mirrors
-More Soft Touch surfaces...
Yeah I’m disappointed a nearly $9,000 TRD Off Road Premium Package doesn’t include the full LED headlights with sequential turn signals like the Pro, Trailhunter & Limited.
OEM Limited headlights are about $1,234/ea!
Part numbers #81110-AK020 (Right) & #81150-AK020 (Left)
So… if you can get...
If those were LED I’d throw them on… Some after market ones for the Tacoma are a bit much.
There are some aftermarket options for Tundras that are a little less in your face a feel a little more OEM….
$2,468.26 for a pair of Limited Headlamps with sequential LED turn signals. Part# 81150-AK020 (Left) & Part# 81110-AK020 (Right)…. Damn! BIG QUESTION IS… are they Plug-n-Play?
My college alma matter colors are Orange & Black, ever since then I can usually be suckered into buying anything orange....also helps that it's my favorite color. Man they did a great job with this color!
Seen these on a Tundra TRD Pro around town ~ a little more subtle with thinner light bars, feels a bit more OEM. Anyone see anything similar for the Tacoma?
