That looks like a different setup to me. I don't think the pros have that same shock mount from the looks of this picture.

They have better shocks but I think they have the same top hat, would you be able to snap a picture of the top of the shock mount?

soooo.... those exact brackets in titaninum would be $65 for just one set, 10 sets would be $45 each. I think I can modify the design to make it a bit simpler and cheaper, or change materials to stainless steel @ $30 for one set or $24ea for 10 sets.

These are actually about a 1/4" thick at the base, but they yield about 1" of lift, we were surprised about that ratio but we've installed these on a few trucks now and yes, its approximately 1" We lost the broken piece at the desert so on OUR truck we had to do some extra work to fix it...

Especially on a truck that has basically been the same for 20 years... everything is new here so, things will fail, they will be fixed, and reliability comes back up.

I dont think so, but you will see the off road trucks being used more like an off road truck than the rest. SR5s and sports have the same top hat but different shocks, the top hat is the problem so the shock may make a difference but the top hat is still the same weak thing so it can/will happen...
