I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of customizing options here in Canada vs what Americans get. But I already expected this. I’m also extremely disappointed with the price increase for mid size trucks across all brands not just Toyota. But what I’m most disappointed is what I just found...

Hard to tell when someone’s being sarcastic. The exterior bed lights have been shown on the TRD Pro when product was revealed. Many videos online show it. Here’s one: Hard to tell what’s going to be standard or optional until official spec sheets come out for trims.

The bedlight perimeter won’t be exclusive to the TH. Neither will the JBL speaker. And out of curiosity, where did you get your information on solid state battery for this vehicle and why would it be exclusive to the TH?

if they do a small size pickup truck with their hybrid and PHEV tech, they will dominate the market. GM and even Fords Maverick wouldn’t stand a chance.

I heard Toyota is making a smaller truck and the EV/PHEV would be better suited on that model. It would be easier for them to retrofit into atleast before they design a PHEV for a truck

Must say im really disappointed with the love the manual gets here in Canada.

Just got my hands on the ordering guide. For us Canadians, if you like manual, your only options will be TRD Sport/Sport+ and TRD Off Road with Cloth,GRAY/BLACK/TITANIUM TRIM. TRD Off Road Manual package: + 270 HP/310 lb.ft of Torque + 17” Off Road Alloy Wheels + BFGoodrich Trail Terrain...

What color is that dash trim? Interior looks pretty bland...

Guess I was wrong on the white trim interior. This silver makes the interior look a little bland. Love the manual!

Sheldon brown, chief engineer for the Tacoma mention it on one of the videos during an interview when the product launch happened in Hawaii They also leaked an interior shot of what I believe is the white trim when Toyota posted a video on the new isodynamic seats.

I doubt there will be any choosing from aside to what the package you choose from. Ie. TRD sport will come with the blue trim TRD off road will be white Base model silver TRD Pro will be that carbon fiber Trailhunter will be that wood grain
