Get a generic obd2 code reader, scan for codes, clear all codes. This has worked for me in the past. They likely performed an action that the safety sense didn’t care for.. I could be wrong, but try the $25 Walmart code reader first.
That bolt sleeve is jammed between the two holes. No amount of jacking will unstick it. Thinking try to pry the metal down on the right side to release the sleeve from the hole and then bend it back when it’s time to tighten all the bolts. Or pry the sleeve up on the right side to release it...
