One, hopefully s/he's okay. Two, if that's the case then I got lucky because I was able to put a deposit down on a specific truck that'll be here late June, thanks to using the last spreadsheet update.
I tried contacting this gentleman multiple times for my wife's RAV4 and was ghosted by him each time...eventually gave up because I didn't want to become an even bigger nuisance.
I'll have to give this a try and see if we have better luck. Thanks for sharing!
I mean... it is what it is... but as far as the part failure, I'm still initially inclined to believe this could be a one-off issue, but the next thing I'd suspect would be an install issue by a worker.
I believe someone elsewhere mentioned it was a carry over part from the previous gen, so taking that into consideration if true with the following... if this part is designed to fail under extreme conditions, yet it broke prematurely, then it's possible that the part isn't weak but actually had...
Clone or real deal, it looks great thankfully. I'm also planning on doing this, I've always liked the two tone look and I want to match up and be twinsies with my wife's 2 tone white/black RAV4. Only difference for me will be just to buy the side view mirrors in black instead of wrapping it.
My current vehicle is at 35% on the front windows and it's pretty damn dark as is so I can't imagine personally using anything less. But the 15% looks good at least. My wife got no tint film put on the windshield and it really helped with heat rejection, I'm definitely doing that whenever I get...
Despite not liking too much poke so I'm not kicking back rocks to myself and people behind me, this looks dope. I'm really curious to see how well it performs with the stock suspension!
To be honest, the auto stop/start is the least inconvenient thing ever and amazes me how badly it irks so many. I had it on my Mini Cooper S and it was easy to control. I also have it on my current Forester which again is easy to control when I come to a stop.
Do you experience any lag between pressing the pedal and actually speeding up while driving? I saw elsewhere someone mentioning a 1.5 second lag or something around that time.
LOL! They must be high to suggest something like that.
So since I have a hard requirement to get the SDM on mine and I keep looking specifically for that in the allocation sheet, I've noticed that no matter how much the allocations increase, I keep seeing the exact same ones with every update...
Lots of good plans ladies and gents! So on the ORP I'm after, I'm definitely upgrading tires to Wildpeak A/T4W's, PRO grille, wrap the roof black to be twins with my wife's RAV4, maybe a tri-fold Tonneau cover. And of course recovery gear.
Yeah it kind of does, definitely need to be careful with aftermarket exhausts. I usually have gone with the deepest sound I can find, even if it's drone-y, to a degree of course!
