Anyone mind looking under there truck and seeing where this little piece goes? I was wiping down the cross member and can’t tell where it fell out of. (Put it in the circled area for now)

Good evening! Went out to my truck this evening to leave and upon starting it the dash lit up with four different warnings. Anyone have this issue? Any quick fixes or what did the dealer say? Any advice/comments appreciate!
