I didn't keep my 23 long enough to change the oil on it. Ha. But I will say, on my 2012 the oil filter was on top, which I think made it easier. The only hassle with my 24 is having to remove the skid plate every time. Not a huge deal, but still....
Oh yeah, right. I thought it would get stuck in the on position; just have to remember to press it again. Ha. Maybe I'll do the same. It does look way better than a generic switch.
You said you couldn't find a momentary switch, so how do you plan to get the toggle switch to work the garage door controller? I'm planning on doing the same, but like you, I couldn't find a oem tacoma momentary switch. I ended up just buying a non-oem momentary switch. Won't look as clean, but...
I agree totally. It would only be a temporary fix until I find wheels that I like. I'd like to go with the Prerunner wheels, if I can my hands on them.
This is what I plan on using.

I agree with the others here, 5mm offset will make them poke out quite a bit. I'm going with this until I figure out a permanent solution.

I have a 24 OR coming next month. I've been debating going w/ the 285/70 17 KO2 or 265/70 17. 285 will look better but I'm wondering how the mpg will be. Have you noticed much of a change in yours since you put the 285's on? Looks awesome, though.
