I tried something similar with the power tailgate and it just returns to the fully open position if it feels any pressure on it.
The new Colorado's have a midway position to do that for the tailgate.
You can see how they do it on their tailgate by this photo if you zoom in.
The search option up in your top right hand side.
Anytime you're looking for a subject, try that first because there's a good chance whatever you're looking for has already been covered. Sometimes you have to change your keywords for your search.
I had this all typed up and you had not had any...
Did you look at the Canadian version of the OEM mudflaps which are wider than the USA version?
There was some posts on the site about that.
I can't imagine anything wider.
I'm betting everything should be pre-wired, so it's a matter of either programming or adding a switch.
Someone with an SR added the multi terrain switch to their vehicle and everything worked without programming anything.
(I searched the forum, but I couldn't find it. I know it's here...
Great. Just what I need. Something to move my short legs further away from the pedals.
How about some kind of a pedal extender for each pedal?
I have to pull my seat closer than where I'd really like it because of the pedals, otherwise I have to use just a front part of my foot for the pedals...
Damn! They didn't offer me anything for my tires. I could've sold them for probably double that but I decided to donate them to help someone in need who was able to sell them for what 300 to someone in an older Toyota that had bad rubber. So that way I helped two different people out.

Another lying salesman got me. That's one thing I didn't even consider verifying and I missed it when I looked at the window sticker.
I knew you were right, but I just verified it with my window sticker.
Dang. But that's OK. I never thought about the AWD until the salesman mentioned it after I...
The shortest amount of time is an hour. I don't want my truck running for an hour if I get tied up before I can get into it to drive after it started. I would like options such as 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes and then the hour.

I did it for about the same distance a few months back and I got up to 65 and 70 for two or 3 miles
I discovered it before I got home and was shocked I couldn't tell the difference because I've always been able to feel it immediately when hitting the asphalt in four-wheel-drive in my other...
I did not know this was in the works
The government has mandated a kill-switch in new vehicles sold after 2026.
Rep Thomas Massie:
The right to travel is fundamental, but the government has mandated a kill-switch in new vehicles sold after 2026.
The kill-switch will monitor driver performance...
One of the stupidest things they ever put in a vehicle.
Lee Zeldin (EPA Administrator):
Start/stop technology: where your car dies at every red light so companies get a climate participation trophy.
EPA approved it, and everyone hates it, so we’re fixing it.
EPA to ban start/stop tech.
Does...
I just got my tune today. Night and day difference.
I was weary of it because someone said it was like being in sport mode all the time. Not quite.
I had a 45 minute drive home and I tested it about every way possible.
I have zero regrets.
Half my drive was on I-95 and let me tell you. Give it...
