Very minimal, feel it a tiny bit when it is downshifting coming to a stop. Really not noticeable when accelerating.

Got it back from the dealership today. New transmission and torque converter. Shifts smooth as butter. Was quite impressed it took less a week to get back in action. Toyota must have gotten a better handle on the availability of parts.

Never went into limp mode, just would not shift out of 6th gear. Code stored in the computer. Not a bad idea checking to see what codes you have stored.

Mine never had the check engine light come on. Always stored codes, along with the freeze frame data they can pull when the faults occurred.

It was a shift solenoid code, not sure which one. Not on my paperwork, but I am sure dealership will have it in the techs notes. Will keep ya all posted next week.
