    My TRD-Offroad gets 17-18MPG city/highway, about 2MPG less than my 3rd gen.

  7. For the first time, Ford trucks are more reliable than the Tacoma. So are Ram. So are Chevy.

    I'd believe the reliability issue. My AC chirp is not fixed after Toyota adjusted the AC compressor, and now my tailgate sensor is malfunctioning. Two trips for repairs before 10k... Sad. I'm debating parting ways at this point.

    I changed mine at 1k, 2k, and 5k and definitely never saw that…. Submitted analysis at 1k to blackstone and it was within limits, mostly just high silocone levels from it being a fresh engine.

    17MPG highway/city in my TRD-Offroad-Premium. I feel yeah, I couldnt make it from Tampa to Miami without stopping, 1st for me. My 3G was okay with the bigger thank.

  18. TRD Axle Dump Exhaust Installed - 2024 Tacoma TRD Off-Road

    FYI - Looks good, I did the same for the OEM piece. For clearance, I just unbolted the factory piece, jacked up at the rear hitch with a big block of wood. This gave me plenty of clearance to get the old piece out, then I lowered the truck down and installed the new down pipe.

  19. Belt chirp when a/c turns on

    FYI - Mine is getting a little of chatty and I hear it while driving, slight chirps off and on. Going to have the dealer take a look (at least document it).

    There is a pack of emblems for the "Limited" that was cheaper ~$75 I think which I what I used, but I probably should have just used Plasti Dip since I gave the others away.
