You can always add the N-Fab NFB-JPTS32 bolt-on steps which can be removed in a few minutes if you need the ground clearance. This makes it easy to step in and out plus they block a little bit of what's thrown off the front wheels.
The website says fits TRD PRO and Trailhunter whereas the post above says it doesn't, what is correct? And how do you order the silver & black versus the yellow & black as there was no way to select color on the website?
What would be sweet based on the video would be to have an actuated flap in the small side opening which would be open at low rpm for that low end torque and bhp increase with the flap closing as rpm increases for the maximum top end gains - best of both worlds!
You didn't lose "legal" load rating, P-metric and Euro-metric tires have their load rating decreased by 10% in light truck (versus passenger car) use. Your LTs at 37 psi have the same "truck" load rating (2155 lbs) as do your OEM tires do at 32 psi (2141 lbs as per required derating).
Looked at a Canadian Trailhunter with standard 6’ bed, roof rack and moonroof (all over the base USA configuration) and it had a payload rating of 1145 lbs. Somewhat lower than expected and hoped for.
Waiting to see Canadian spec which still infers moonroof standard on the hybrids including the Trailhunter.
Trailhunter configure interior pictures show a moonroof and what looks like the roof rack crossbars (roof rack supposedly standard in Canada).
I realize this may sound like a weird request but could you please accurately measure the maximum height of your vehicle with the Toyota roof rack on it?
I'm waiting for a Canadian TH (eventually) and the info Toyota Canada sent me shows the vehicle height to be 75.5" with the Canadian standard...
These guys making a "bolt-in" front crossmember to handle skid plates.
