I was having this same issue. Realized that it’s the parking break disengaging at the same time the car goes into D or R. what I’ve found is that if you turn off the parking break before shifting, it completely cuts out that little hop

Same problem here. Not super critical but it’s annoying…

On their website, you have to select “bracket only” when looking at the kit. Check out their install video, very interesting install location and method….
