Metal was very clean but I just wiped it down with alcohol and spay painted with a high heat paint. No disable, no masking.

Very nice job, only thing you need to watch out for, is make sure you use a high heat paint. Makes a big improvement in the look!

Yeah, they do contracts with different brands. I was hoping for Michelin's and got lucky, which is usually not the case. Lol

One nice feather with our trucks, the pack is under the rear seat with ventilation. So cab heating and air condition is circulating around the pack which is a good thing. No doubt extreme cold effects things but longer drives with cab heating going, it will reduce the effect.

I use the Adam's Ceramic Graphene coating on all my vehicles. Has a very good 18 + month life but I will redo every 12 months. Bottle cost about $50 to $60 and will do a dozen medium size vehicles. It's a 40% ceramic and very easy to apply, you just need to do a deep clean job on the paint...

Love your list and they need to hire you! One thing, my hybrid has a 2KW or 2.4KW cant remember the exact output. Are you sure yours doesn't? I think they should at least have two plugs for that though.
