Yep, I am doing something similar with my Jackery too have power whenever I need it, and it lasts a lot longer than running off of the truck battery.

I love the ride and look of the 255 80 17's I have on my Tacoma. A point to consider is that is the largest tire that fits under the truck, and it's a tight fit. I'm running Yokohama Geolandar X-AT and the truck handles beautifully.
