Aftermarket Bumper: CBI Covert SS Winch Bumper, WARN Winch, Factor 55, Diode Dynamics installled

Installed the new CBI Covert Super Stock winch bumper with a WARN Winch (12K lbs), Factor 55 ultra hook and some @Diode Dynamics SSC2 pods in the bumper. Makes for a sweet set up!

Pretty straight forward install, remove facia, cut off lower grill inserts, bolt on CBI unit and reinstall. No need to modify or move anything around, they provide new brackets for anything factory that is removed.

yes, I did it myself, it took about 4 hours, most of that time was not knowing exactly what and where the clips and such where on the facia at first.

Forgive my ignorance…. I’ve never had a winch incorporated into the bumper. I want a setup like this, but how do you engage the winch without opening the hood and having an access port from there? Is that an access panel above the winch? I have a winch on my truck, but everything is external and easy to access.
