So I noticed that the PDA (Proactive Driving Assist) and SA (Steering Assist) toggles were disabled on my TRD OR M6 (took delivery 8/16).

Every other setting toggle appears to work and driving functions are just fine. Lane Departure Assist, Lane Tracing on cruise, etc.

Took it into the dealership today.

A little over an hour goes by and service came by for the first update: Escalating with Toyota... double-checking procedure/sensors necessary to turn those on.

Another hour or two goes by: Escalated 3x with Toyota... we'd like to keep your truck for Toyota to send a technician to investigate.

At least they’re sending an FTS field engineer to look at your truck. He’ll be able to figure it out

Update: received a call from the dealer: Toyota software designer relayed that these should not be functional on a 6-speed manual Tacoma.

If anyone else has a manual that they can check these on and report back, it would be appreciated!

They are not functional on my manual Tacoma but do appear in my menu. I wondered what was going on and now I have my answer. Thanks.
