As I see Hybrids getting delivered in some parts of the U.S.A. Let's get the 4runner community informed on your MPG experience. I hope to be soon a future TRDOR premium Hybrid owner myself, and any updates from our community would be appreciated by me and hopefully for others too.
_Thanks you all_ CAC_

I haven't done any controlled testing, but I've seen everything from 22.9 while driving around town in ECO mode, all the way down to 14 while towing a 4,000lb box trailer in TOW/HAUL mode. Overall, it's about what I'd expect, but I'll share more once I've collected better data.

Took possession of a Limited i Force Max last night and drove to Vegas afterwards.
Took off late night so absolutely no traffic. Set cruise control to 77 MPH and got 19.4 MPG according to dashboard MPG. Load was only 3 people and a few bags, nothing crazy.
Not near the advertised 24 MPG HWY was disappointing. Driving back home later tonight so I'll see what those results bring.

Been averaging 21mpg according to the dash in my Trailhunter, I drive 40% 65mph highways, 40% 45mph backroads with pretty long hills up and down since I live in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, and maybe 20% in town with a little traffic. I leave it in ECO most of the time since the throttle is a little touchy in the other two modes.

When I had it in TOW/HAUL with about 4000lbs worth of trailer and the same mix of roads, I was averaging 12-13mpg according to the dash.

77 is quite far above what ratings are calculated at. 65 is the standard, no?
I'm not sure what they test/rate at in terms of speed. And you're right, 77 is a little high.
Just started the journey back, 45 miles in on a 250 mile trip. CC @ 77 and getting 21.2 ATM

Got back and 21.2 MPG was the reading. So for the round trip avg was 20.3
I'll measure at a CC setting of 65 and see what that nets in the coming weeks

once you get 75+, it doesnt matter what suv you drive, the wind resistance will negate any fuel savings you might expect.

the sweet spot is 55

Note, that there might be a break in period where fuel consumption will get better once past that.

Not bad at all @77 mph set. Also you are still in break in period right?
