Issue: Subwoofer stopped working

I bought a new SR5 about two weeks ago. The sound system was SO much better than my 2009 Tacoma but after a couple of days the subwoofer stopped working and the sound system is nothing without it. It‘s hard to tell if the other speakers are working as they should or if it’s a systemic problem. I’ll be taking it to the dealer but I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else out there.

What do you have your bass setting at ? Should be at least 75% up....otherwise you won't hear it.
