License Plate Issue?

Just put on my license plate. Holes weren’t drilled in the right spot. Screw went in at an angle. License plate sits on the bumper and holes aren’t lined up. Couldn’t even put a frame on the plate (that part bothers me less). It’s more so that the plate holes don’t line up with the holes in the bumper.
