Mirror Caps PT 2

Looks like Toyota screwed this up, I think.

Here are the part numbers I ordered in September for Supersonic Red with the cutouts:

• 87915-AK030-D0 (RH)
• 87945-AK030-D0 (LH)

Months later, I finally get a chance to install them and discover that the driver’s side does not have the cutout, while the passenger side does. When I first got them, I opened the boxes, confirmed the color, and—if I checked the cutout—I must have only looked at one or didn’t inspect it closely enough.

If someone can back me up and confirm, that would be great—I want to be 100% sure before ordering another cap. Returning this one isn’t an option, and even if it were, the restocking fees and shipping wouldn’t make it worth it.

So, if you need a driver’s side Supersonic Red non-cutout mirror cap, hit me up. Otherwise, it’ll be going on eBay in a few days.
