I need to remove the D-rings from my bed. My drill doesn’t have enough torque to do it. For you tool savvy folks what besides a more powerful drill (hand tool) can I use to drive the T-40 bit?

I would imagine a socket wrench and a wee bit of hand torque would break it loose pretty quickly

Thanks, I don’t know that I have seen a socket that will fit that bit? Do you know if there is such a thing?

Ah, you will need to purchase a Torx bit socket set. Most hardware stores will have them and certain hardware stores like Ace may sell just the one you need instead of a full set

A standard 1/4 inch sized socket should word for that torx bit. Not referring to the drive size although that may be 1/4 inch also.
