Noise at low speeds when not accelerating?

TRD Off Road Premium Question -
Has anyone noticed any sort of low whistling/high pitch noise when coasting at low speeds? It almost sounds like bad brakes, but I know it's not that since I'm not braking. It stops when I accelerate, but it's really annoying when I'm rolling along at low speeds.
I'm wondering if it has to do with recharging the hybrid battery?
