Rack System Suggestions?

A little background to get things started:

• I recently installed the Bakflip MX4 tonneau cover on my truck
• I packed up the truck and had to travel with the cover all the way up, propped up w/the prop rods.
• I discovered that, if the cover is propped up, the rubbing against the back of the truck does scratch the paint a bit where it contacts with the truck.

Camping was GREAT (as always) but I came back thinking that it'd be nice to have a rack system to use so I can travel without having to prop up the tonneau cover. I'm posting this to ask for suggestions for what rack system would work well with a hard top tri-fold tonneau cover. I'd like to be able to pack up the bed of the truck and close the cover, then throw anything up on the rack that didn't fit back there. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Pics would be great if someone has already done a build similar to what I'm looking for!
