I ordered the ARB weekender recovery kit (it comes with shackles) and NYTOP recovery points. Don't forget a recover strap for under the back seats.

I found front and rear recovery shackles on Rough Country’s website, who else has them?
I figure they would be good to have in case I ever need to pull something or have something pull me.

You do not want to get those for the front. They're nice but would be nicer if they actually fit. If you scroll down to the "Features" section look off to the right hand side and you'll see a note stating it does not fit on TRD models. The back ones work but not the front ones. I learned it the hard way after spending a couple of hours trying to get them to fit I went back and found the section about the TRD models. Very frustrating. I'm looking for a set of them as I like the "old school" look.

They worked just fine on my 24 Taco...

Maybe they meant incompatible with TRD OR/TRD Pro/Trailhunter. I think they have an extra crossmember that the regulars and TRD Sports don’t have?

Glad to hear that. I even had a mechanic look at it. He said we could modify it but I didn't want to do that.

Don't fit the TrailHunter models either. Not happy with RC as I sent them a message first to confirm it would work on my TrailHunter-told yes, no problem and nope they don't.

I installed them on my 24 Taco. It was a process to install, but I like them. They are seriously well built and well engineered IMO.,
Can you post a picture of how they mount to the truck?
I will crawl under there tomorrow lol. But they replace the factory "tow hooks" and also are designed to use some of the existing OEM bolts (meaning you unscrew some of the nuts that exist for the front bumper and other frame places, install the RC shackle mounts and replace the nuts). The rear shackles are a lot easier to install than the front.
