Removal of Air Diffuser

Hello,

I’ve recently purchased a 2024 Tacoma TRD Sport. It has the air diffuser at the front of the truck. I’d like to remove it and notice others have. My question is when removing the air diffuser, is it necessary to place all screws back in? I know the 2 at the sides have to be placed back. That’s a question I have? Also does anyone have any skid plate recommendations?
