My neighbor backed into my driver's front fender this weekend and I'll need a new painted flare and a dent pulled from my fender. The fender flare from Toyota is $308 and comes black and I'd need it painted blue crush. Or, I could get an entire set of 4 Rough Country fender flares, painted for $599.95. Anybody here used these Rough Country flares and have an opinion of them? https://www.roughcountry.com/product/configurable/toyota-oe-style-flares-o-t12421c

I love them looks great & solved all that mud down the sides . I got the unpainted ones as they match all the rest of the plastic on a '24 Tacoma.covers my 265/70-17" BigFoot AT 10ply with Method 718's with a 1 & 1/2" poke 35 * offset

also these have a gasket that goes between your painted fender & the fender flair soo you get protection long term

Awesome, thanks. Were they easy to install? Do you use existing mounting screws or did they come with new?

I'll check the video but would get painted. It's one of the major reasons I bought a TRD Sport, the painted fender flares.

i hear ya ! I had a body shop install mine the unpainted ones r the same as painted sooo i was advised that maybe buying unpainted & having that paint done local was better as it would b easy to scuff the flairs in shipping
$300 difference so $300 to paint maybe better price local ?
I went unpainted as i am doing a silver/ black look with black doorhandles ,mirrors ,flairs, roof, side panels

The shop I went to quoted me $350ish to get an unpainted one from Toyota, plus time and materials to paint and blend and make it look good (they are also going to paint a new fender), and after adding it all up, suggested that since I wanted to upgrade anyway, it would be a wash in price so I am just going to get new painted ones. A new fender from Toyota is $279. A new fender flare is over $300.. crazy

Love the flares, but just after driving on 10 miles of dirt/gravel road at 35 mph, I have a lot of rock chips. I need to find someone who will put either PPF on the rear flares or some good looking mud flaps that fit these rough country flares.
