Solved Rear Annoying Squeak: rear tailgate wasn’t centered to the bed

So for the past 2 weeks when I would turn left at any slow speeds I would hear this annoying squeak coming from behind the rear seat drivers side. It was embarrassingly loud. Took it into the dealership today and they discovered the rear tailgate wasn’t centered to the bed. It favored to the right by 1/8, yet my power tailgate worked fine. Diagnosis misaligned bed liner. So they readjusted it. I have the spray in bed option from factory but who knows if they take the rear off to spray it or if the bed bolts got loose.
