The Indicator would show the Harvester operating status and set point on The Knob. It could easily be displayed elsewhere along with the electric only range, total range, fuel level, etc.So you’re saying that you don’t want to control the harvester feature via the touch screen interface? Should the button within ‘the knob’ have that little decal graphic stick man pulling up the fuel level gauge indicator needle that some dudes put on their fuel doors as a joke? And keeping with the Seinfeld references, some extra wide cruising lanes would be nice for Scout to sponsor! (Mile marker 119 if I’m not mistaken, Ha ha). Anyways I could get behind ‘the knob’, I’m indifferent though so long as it’s current status is clearly displayed on the instrument cluster at all times.
And no, I don't want to use the touch screen. Touch screens invite layers of complexity. It drives me nuts when people overcomplicate things.
