What's everyone using to attach things to stock roof rack?

Team Taco,

I think Prinsu uses a 1/4" carriage bolt to fasten items down to their roof rack, and Thule uses a specific T-track bolt with M8x1.25 threads, but what does the stock Toyota rack use? The Thule T-Track bolts fit, but theiy're not idea. I'm curious what everyone is using and can someone provide me a link to a source please?

For one application, I used an L-track fastener. It simply slides in at the end of the crossbar.
