Will all new 2024 Tacomas be hybrid?

When the new Tundra and Sequoia arrived, V8 engines were deleted. The base engine for these two Toyotas is a twin-turbocharged V6, but not a hybrid powertrain. The i-Force Max hybrid system is the higher power unit. Will the Tacoma come with a six-cylinder engine or will this new midsize truck have only 4-cylinder engines but turbocharging and hybridization to offer the desired power and capability.

Rumors swirled about an electric Tacoma along with a hybrid model. Hopefully, Toyota isn't going EV with this truck yet.

That likely isn't happening, unless for the MMC due 2027. It is be I4 only, in spite of the mixed information I was getting months ago. Anything BEV, is not due until around then apparently either.
