Those are mounted to the rocker panels, right?

Yes, but Go Rhino does offer a frame mount option for all their boards. It's more expensive though and states that it requires drilling which is odd considering that the frame has threaded holes ready to go. I'm guessing it's some generic design to fit multiple vehicles.

I'm happy with my choice being mounted on the rocker panels (Dominator D6). They're not sliders and aren't marketed as such so I don't see the point in trying to mount them on the frame. I'm 160lbs and I can jump up and down on them w/o any flex so that's good enough for me.

I like them for running boards, they look really sharp on the truck. I too am an Ice Cap Off-Road owner. I'm debating between these and the CaliRaised sliders.

I don't do much rock crawling these days, but every once in a while I'll be out on some land in East Texas and sliders come in handy for stayin' off natural stumps and felled dead wood.
