Apple CarPlay or Screen problem - black out

Been having this weird issue happen that’s not too big of a deal but still very annoying. While driving at least once a trip my screen will go black for 2 seconds, often resulting in disconnecting my phone from car play. It happens while listening to music, and sometimes even comes back and CarPlay is still connected. Has anyone else experienced this or have any fixes?

Dang, so it's most likely a carplay thing? You happen to mention it to the dealership?
