Cold Air Intake?

I don’t know if Kalifornia gets upset if they see software reflashing upon a smog test. Reflash to a stock setting… hypothetically, what if someone with an aftermarket tune, were to switch back to stock before a test and the service writing software from the independent repair shop contends the “stock” software may be caused random issues, and a reflash was performed before an ecu change.. can’t really argue this…..
