A lot of new vehicles have this feature, it just provides a nice ambient light in the cupholder/shifter region. I quite like it, it's not obtrusive at all for me.
I agree with stuff like this, they always make some dumb compromises, not even just Toyota.
When I bought my 2024 Nissan Z Performance, the Canadian models have a smaller infotainment screen compared to the US variants, but we did gain a block heater and rear fog lamp!! hahah
It makes you...
Ok I did check mine for the heated outside mirrors. What confused me is the mirror itself didn't have the little heated symbol like every other car I've seen, so I assumed not. But on the climate stack it has two mini square icons for the rear defrost, im like oh, is that supposed to be a tiny...
I went out to check mine out of curiosity. It is there. The defrost lines are buried in the black part of the windshield at the bottom, right under the wipers. It is pretty hard to see.
The toyota website says it's standard package for the double cab at least in Canada.
The only thing I dont...
Mine works on both, app and the dash. That's how I found out today that the guy who mounted my snow tires this morning pumped em up to 40-44 PSI. Aired down this afternoon with a gauge, and the tpms is registering fine, always has worked for me
I was having some "issues" with my Pixel 8 Pro, the wireless charging was basically going on and off. I set a pen under the phone to lift it up a hair and it charged my entire commute home.. so maybe it's just a little finicky with certain phones and their exact connection points for the...
Tested out the lights for fun, quick update, bright as hell. Haha kind of hard to capture it without blowing out the image, but you get the idea!
Headlights plus just the S2 Fog replacements
Just the fogs+squadron, no headlights
Not too much, did some fluid film spraying of the rocker panels and inside the doors, installed the Baja Designs Squadron Sports for ditch lights with the Cali Raised Brackets
Mine was built in August and just fell in the TSB. Unfortunately, those are the details we will probably never know. Mine had not had any real issues. I hate to use the word yet, but.. you never know. haha. I just drive it and enjoy it like normal, and if something happens, it happens.
The...
Yes that is a nice feature! Takes a little learning when you get the right sensors, but it should be good!
Also, it would be absolutely perfect if you could find a set of SR steel wheels for winter, but not sure I've seen any take offs for sale on the usual area "classifieds" yet. But, those...
Yeah that was for their TRD Replica style wheels
It will work, just have to find the appropriate downsize tire for the truck. 17" snow tires might be a hair cheaper too. I used to always run downsize for snows on my other vehicles. This truck I just bought Methods for the spring/summer/fall...
Bought her some new wheels! Of course the typical Methods, nothing too unique. But, it's an amazing style for thes trucks and comes in some good offsets. These are the +35 17x8.5s 703s.
Will mount them with 285/70 or 75s, still undecided at the moment. Leaning towards the 75s.
Still going to...
