The larger compression ratio for diesel engines causes temps to be lower than a gas engine, sometimes as much as 200 degrees lower on exhaust temps

Over at carbuzz they compiled the top 5 Tacoma model years to stay away from: 2002 - 22 complaints - rust on the ladder-frame chassis, vibrating front brake discs, and windshield noise. 2004 - 24 complaints - more rust issues 2005 - 47 complaints - The hood and the roof were painted badly...

I was hoping going from 3.5 L to 2.4 L Turbo would give a nice boost in mpg but maybe only 2-3 better depending on trim. Hybrid may be 6-8 better but how much more $$$ for hybrid?

I heard from another youtuber that was showing the 2024 Tundra and they specifically said the pricing on the placard was still the 2023 model because they talked about the increase specifically.
