Yup pretty much the same except the Dashcam! I have never really used them before and only take video for the videos on my channel so I have a Hero 11, DJI Action 4 and my Pixel 8 Pro for that.
The app is allowed to run in the background, but boy does it eat battery. I know they just updated...
I might try and remove the digital key, then uninstall/reinstall the app and start from scratch. What's interesting is the digital key switch is greyed out in the setting on the infotainment so I can't enable it, but it still works some of the time.
I thought I had posted something earlier in the week, but I must have not hit post after writing it. I will write up my thoughts in a few days, but these are a few first impressions.
Thanks I appreciate that! The videos are fun to make, but a good deal of time and money, as @Independence Overland you both know! I'm hoping to just be able to get to sustainability with my channel at some point, but in the meantime. I'm enjoying making the content and hopefully people enjoy...
I think they may sell a module you can use to upgrade the way it connects to Sat radio to get the higher quality. What would it should like if you used the XM app through CarPlay or AA I wonder?
@CATOY BTW, the stereo was pretty solid in my opinion. I think the source is the most important part of that. Sat radio is terrible, but AA and Carplay are pretty good. It was a quick listen, but based on SR5 experience and what others wrote here, I was actually impressed. Is it the best system...
Mine came in yesterday and it was a QC hold truck. I pick it up next week so we'll see....
Initial test drive was sweet though. It'll be great to be back in a truck again.
Just got behind the wheel of my brand new 2024 Tacoma and I'm itching to share my thoughts! This video is a quick first impression after taking it for a spin. Stay tuned because next week, I'll be officially picking up this beauty and giving you a full owner's review!
Thanks to Toyota of Co...
They are not sharing why with dealers either. We'll never really know. In that QC thread some talked about a person they knew at a Toyota garage knowing somebody who was workin at the parts doing the repairs and they were replacing wiring harnesses. My Taco just came hold and comes next week so...
It's more for loads on the bed like campers, bed racks with roof top tents, that kind of thing. It's to try to ensure that the bed doesn't flex to much in off camber situations.
