According to Durango Toyota which is in my area, they are receiving 2024 Tacoma allocations and more info on packaging/colors etc starting next week. They said Monday but I assume because of Labor Day that might mean Tuesday.
We'll see if that means we can actually place an order to spec...
A few things that caught my eye....
TRD Sport comes with manual transmission (y)
Limited interior is a big win IMO
Sport interior is just OK
2400w inverter in bed/cabin is great but not available with the manual
TRD Pro gets a dynamic performance seat.. interested in what this is
TRD Offroad...
The exterior design already seems like a winner to me but so little is known about the inside.
Needs better seating position, improved ingress/egress. Big complaints about the current gen.
It seems location dependent. There's one with only $100 deposit. I'd be curious what everyone who put deposits down were told about pricing and markups.
Already almost a dozen on this list.
My question, is there going to be a big hole in the dash just for those who choose this option? That is an awful lot of commitment for a portable speaker.
Hate to keep referring to the Tundra because I hope it's not just a smaller version of it but the Tundra comes in 8" or 14" screen sizes. I'm guessing that is what we can expect for the next Tacoma.
It's standard on the latest Ranger offered overseas (not sure if the US version does also) so I hope in that respect the base trim Tacoma is competitive with its competition.
