The seats definitely make a difference. I've taken the taco on some moab trails, nothing too difficult but i hit 30 mph+ on em and then re-did some parts with the seat suspension set to "off road". The ride was noticeably smoother for myself and my passenger, we both noticed it. I don't really...
Update us once you take it offroad. I've gotten a few marks on my rear fenders and the rock sliders supposedly help with that. I'm still debating which ones to get but the RCI are definitely a contender.
The trailhunter comes with a lot of things I think should've been included in the TRD Pro.
For what it's worth, a week after I got my truck I left on a two month trip and kept tabs on my truck through the Toyota app and everything was fine. No issues with the battery.
Love it, I'm considering these as well. Didn't expect them to get that close to rubbing though, looks about as close as the 35s this dude on youtube put
I'm definitely in between the ko3s or just going for 35s. I'm glad discount tire matched Walmart, I had seen the walmart ones but very...
Damn...my Pro ends in 001897 so it seems I'm also not in the clear...
I haven't had a single issue with my transmission yet and hoping I won't, but it definitely makes me a bit uneasy on long roadtrips lol.
You can find someone on this forum that can potentially help with that if you dm them, not going to mention it because I don't want to bring too much attention to it. That being said, your dealer can absolutely send you an exact screenshot of exactly where the truck is at and every step of the...
How much of the truck are you putting PPF on? Mine came with bumper/hood, flares and i think some side panels with PPF, but I wish it was the whole truck lol. I've already got a lot of scratches on the fender flares from kicking up small rocks on some trails.
I followed my TRD Pro all the way from Guanajuato through rail system up through Mexico then through Kansas and finally to Colorado. Now, idk if this varies depending on the dealer that's receiving your truck, mine happened to be in Fort Morgan.
Yeah same, I've owned two GTIs and they both felt faster in colder temps when the turbo kicked in.
Anyways I wonder how this mod relates to the Hybrid models, I haven't looked at whether the TRD Pro has the same design intake but I'd assume no. Also, for those saying this would void warranty...
Dude the camo fenders look SO good! Its pretty subtle too so its still looking clean! Where'd you get the Vinyl and Ceramic coating done?
Definitely add a full side shot when you get a chance!
That pic is from a trail that runs from Moab to some switchbacks on Shafer Trail. The road leading up to Shafer is Potash Rd and it offers some sick views. Yeah I'm just rocking the stock mats that the TRD Pro came with for now, but honestly they lack good coverage and don't lay super flat!
I've been taking my Taco everywhere since I got it, including in a couple of hours! I gotta say the stock mats haven't been the greatest at keeping it clean inside!
I get this same exact sounding rattle in my TRD Pro whenever I accelerate. I'm sure its also happening over bumps but its very reproducible even just by accelerating. I haven't tried the solution posted in this thread yet though. Have you guys found any other causes/fixes?
