    I created a few shortcuts on my iPhone for Lock, Unlock, and Remote Start. If you pin them to your Home Screen you don't need to open the Toyota app.

    You don’t need to take the battery out. You can turn it off by pressing the buttons in a sequence. There’s a YT video on it

    Ive towed my boat 5 times so far and I never have to do any of that. I just disconnect it and after about 50' it asks if the trailer is disconnected and I select yes.

    Normally a little heat would do the trick but these decals were a PIA. I had to use an eraser wheel. Took about 10 min.

    Maybe keeping them down in a parking lot would help with door dings or when you want to wash the roof and use them as step.

    Are you able to keep them deployed with that switch? The one that comes from RC seems like its either "off" or "on".

    There were a bunch of TSB's out for my 2016 and I never had an issue. I think its a good thing that they have fix.
