You have to remove the screen to hook up the wires but you don’t have to put the amp behind the screen. Someone else put it in their glove box. Although putting the amp behind the screen was super easy.

I had to hit search inventory on 2024 Tacoma then select the year as 2025 in the drop downs. For 20 mile radius I show 15 Off-roads in transit.

Sorry, one more question. The nexar uses a OBD connection. Does using your Dongar adapter bypass the OBD connection where I would just have to connect the USB-c from the dash cam to your device?
