2024-2025 Tacoma AFE rock basher exhaust
Has a very nice tone, super light compared to the factory exhaust
Super simple to install, all 409 stainless steel
Tucks way up for added ground clearance, gets rid of the huge muffler and resonator
They site claims 16HP as well...
Same for me, wired works perfect. I just updated the OS on my iPhone and maybe something to do with it? Didn't seem to have this issue when I first purchased the truck
They have a new product coming out in a few weeks -I have had the prototype on for a couple weeks. Really add a ton more functionality - but it does lower the mpg as well, assuming like the topper it messes with the aerodynamics a bit. It's all steel, so a weight gain as well. It will hold...
I really do love it, super quiet and weather tight. Good visibility as well. I would run it full time, but I tend to be the "guy with a truck" to help haul stuff for family and friends. Once set up, folding it up is a great option, or to take it off really takes about 10 min
My truck was used to build out the prototype at the end of summer to the final build
I do use it on and off - depending on my needs
It does come off really easy - I think the fit is as good as other years
One thing to ask any online vendor is the date on the tires. A lot of places sell out dated, or almost out dated at really discounted price and don’t disclose
If you can believe the internet and in the video, "he thinks" there is a service bulletin
But a Google search gave me:
As of today, there is no official Toyota service bulletin specifically addressing the installation of catch cans on their vehicles; this means Toyota does not explicitly...
Yes, it is true - any manufacture will void
To my understanding - the only way this would cause an engine to fail is if there is moisture (would have to be a ton) in the can that would cause freezing and blocking the PCV system from working. So, not very likely...Not a Toyota of course- but on...
Total DIY project (takes maybe 5 minutes), really simple 2 bolt installation. the new hose is already formed silicone and fits perfect:

I have been a big believer of using a catch can on all my cars since my 2015 Rubicon - always am surprised at the amount of oil it keeps out of the throttle body and manifold - sometimes an inch or more between oil changes
Burger Motorsports has one for the '24. Nice quality, a tad expensive...
