Went back to the dealer and they made sure everything was up to torque. I really hope it becomes a warranty issue and they engineer a fix for this. I found it interesting that on delivery there was torque safety paint on the ABR, but not on the roof rack.

@Independence Overland pointed out in his video at 17:55 that they made the removal and installation of the plate a little easier by allowing the plate to hang off a front and rear bolt. Still not a easy to remove hatch like I had on my Raptors, but still helpful.

I have the same question. My new Trailhunter was at 39 on delivery and the door card says 30. I aired down to 30, but why are some running higher than the door card?
