Dang, I bought the regular adapter a couple months ago to install my Garmin mini 2. Wish I knew this upgraded adapter was in the pipeline. Oh well. My current adapter works flawlessly so that's positive! Maybe someday I'll create a need for this new adapter 😁
I own a Sport Premium and just ordered a skid plate from Victory 4x4. No cross member needed with theirs as it uses the front recovery hooks support and bolts to be secured at the front. There's a thread here with pictures of installs.

Just ordered this skid in powder coated aluminum for my Sport Premium. It will be so much better than the plastic/felt board that's on there now. Love the new design where it attaches to the recovery hooks bolts.
Just saw this on YouTube today. Fang lights installation is on a Tundra but it may be relevant for the Tacoma as well? Maybe Toyota uses the same color wires in the Tacoma?
I just noticed on your website today that you have made a design change where the skid plate is bolted at the front. It seems to work better with recovery hooks which was a concern I had about the compatibility with the Bonobo hooks which I already have. I think that's a positive move! I was...
Got mine today and installed them. Don't get that much rubbing. Only thing is, I wish they came with more of the Velcro clips, specially for under the front seats where the power seat mechanism and wiring harnesses are. They catch the mats when moving the seats forward. I dropped them an email...
Don't know about the screen but here's an option for your interior lighting. Meso Custom's lights have the option to switch to red.

Ordered as well. Had them in my 3rd Gen and really prefer them over Weather tech.
FYI for those in Canada, although they are not yet available there, but I got my 3rd Gen mats from Costco where they are sold under the brand "Phantom". Same mats though and cheaper...
I don't have these lights on my truck but I read through the posts out of curiosity. For what it's worth, I often see posts on the Tacomaworld.com forum from a user called "caribe makaira" who seems to always be posting about various wiring solutions with explanations and diagrams. I wonder if...
Has anyone heard anything more on the Tuxmat release date? Doesn't appear to be any movement on their website, seems like the deafening sound of crickets...
I installed this pouch for oversized bottles and it works great. There was a thread on a different forum for a similar idea in the Gen 3's by using a rock climbing chalk pouch and I had that in my 2020 but I left it in there when I sold it. I found this pouch I am now using in a backpack I had...
I really like the look of this and am considering ordering one. It looks like a fairly simple install and if I understand this correctly, it looks like it uses the signal light bulb harness to draw power? And if so, does it come on during daylight with these DRL's or just when headlights are on?
I got tired of waiting for the OEM bed mat and also used a generic 6X4 rubber bed mat and cut it to fit. Pretty happy with it. 1/2" rubber and nothing moves in there! I'm in Canada and I got it on sale at Canadian Tire for $80...
Having owned both TUXMAT and Weathertech for my 3rd Gen, I can say TUXMAT is a better product for the Canadian winters (snow, salt, slush) but having to choose between waiting and wrecking my carpets because the timing of the release is likely after the snow will start to fly, I'm afraid I will...
"After October".... After October is November and we start to get snow here in November. Not great timing for releasing those floor mats. Most folks need them before snow and salt ruin carpets.
