Love that carbon fiber look. I was thinking about wrapping the roof/pillars and mirrors. Think I'll consider the flairs as well.
Yeah, stock flaps are useless. I had the Rokblokz for a bit, now the Arcs. Even with the wider coverage, still getting fling on the rear flairs. I do have K03's, but...
Vermont winters are long and harsh, and my engine is a mess. I've always rinsed engines in former cars, but not sure about this one. Anyone washing their engine? Covering anything first? Hybrid wires/parts pose any issues?
Thanks.
Surprised as well. To be fair, those mudflaps are not supposed to fit on the TH. I made them work. With a properly designed mudflap, the fit is likely much better.
As others have reported, it can be spotty. It's never not worked for me, but I rarely rely solely on the digital key.
My typical use case is that I forget to grab my key card, and end up at the store or somewhere else and realize that I'm in the wild without a physical key.
Yeah, I really like it. I also like how it brings the recovery points forward so they are a bit more visible, but... nearly flush with the valance so its not over the top. I think the black over gray.
NYTOP has a low profile version. I don't know if they have a version with winch yet, but I really like the look of the lower valance and the recovery points...
***Update***
I had my 5K checkup, and brought the softex issue to their attention. They immediately said that isn't right, took a pic and sent it to Toyota. By the time my service was complete, they had approval to replace under warranty. Just need to wait for the new seat cover to come in.
Hey!
TBH, I had no clue that they didn't fit the TH until long after installing them. I missed the disclaimer on the order page.
Install was super easy, but perhaps I got lucky. Since I figured out that they aren't supposed to fit the TH, I do notice inside the wheel well that it could be a...
As others have pointed out, the stock tires are not great. I had shaking/vibration at various speeds (55MPH, 72MPH). Bringing the PSI down helped. I have K03's now and they actually ride smoother than the stock Good Years... If K03's are smoother, that's all you need to know about the stock Good...
2024 TH. < 4K miles. I understand that this part of any car seat wears out over time - due to sliding in and out. It's difficult not to 'slide' into a seat and not rub. My last car (STI) had the same wear pattern, but it took YEARS to show up. It has only been a few months...
Anyone else...
You'll be happy with the KO3's. I live in central VT, and drive in the snow on a regular basis. KO3's have been working great. Deep snow, slush, heavy snow, whatever.
I can definitely tell the difference in steering wheel 'feel' in 4x4. Slight but noticeable light vibration. I actually don't mind it and sort of think it's fitting. Makes the truck feel rugged I guess.
